Service & Delivery
Service & Delivery
Great service is about more than any one interaction. From the moment you call or walk through our doors, every touchpoint matters. Behind each one are experienced people who know our products, our customers and our market – from estimating and ordering to yard coordination, loading and delivery. Our team works together to make each one count.
Experienced People
Our service is built around long-standing people, many of whom bring practical experience from the building industry. Ongoing training keeps our team current on products, applications and installation best practices, while the continuity of our people allows them to develop strong relationships with the customers they serve.
Estimating & Contractor Sales
Our contractor sales team provides estimates and material take-offs, working closely with our builders to understand their material requirements and timelines. From quoting and ordering to coordinating with our yard and delivery teams, the same people stay involved to provide continuity and clear communication throughout.
Inventory & Availability
We listen to our builders and customers, understand what they're using, and make deliberate stocking decisions around the products and quantities our market demands. Strong inventory management helps us maintain the availability our customers depend on while keeping product moving efficiently.
Delivery & Coordination
Dependable delivery starts well before a truck leaves our yard. Our sales, yard and delivery teams work together to coordinate schedules, loads and equipment, with trucks often on the road before 6:00 a.m. Our fleet gives us the capacity and flexibility to handle substantial material orders and the demands of delivering throughout our region. From jobsites and rural properties to challenging cottage and waterfront locations.
Whether you need an estimate, want to check product availability, are placing an order or need to schedule a delivery, talk to our team about what you need.
